Is it beginner-friendly?

Yes :) In fact, this is our easiest kit!
No prior experience is needed. Designed for all skill levels, including beginners. 
You will receive instructions with your kit as well as an invite to join our Bead & Sip Facebook group, where we share more video tutorials and inspiration. 

What other tools do I need?

Round nose pliers.

Is this kit suitable for all ages?

Yes — but with a little disclaimer. While the kit is beginner-friendly, it’s not a basic kids’ craft. 

We’ve included premium materials and durable (but slightly more technical) findings. It's designed to create jewellery you’ll actually wear — not just bead on elastic and call it a day.

Because of that, younger creators will need a bit of guidance.

If you're buying this for a child, they'll need some adult supervision and a bit of help along the way. It’s the perfect creative activity to share (and you’ll both end up with pieces you’ll love wearing).

Is this kit eco-friendly?

Yes. Stainless steel is one of the most eco-friendly jewellery materials due its durability, 100% recyclability, and energy-efficient production. Plus, PVD coating does not require any toxic chemicals (like gold plating does). We also include recycled fishing, made from abandoned nets & line found in the ocean. 

Can I wear the jewellery I make in the ocean?

Absolutely! All materials are waterproof, saltwater-proof & sweat-proof tested. 

Do you provide tutorials?

Yep! It comes with instructions to get you started, plus you will get invited to join our private Bead & Sip group, where we share tutorials, inspo & support.
