OUR SHIPPING PARTNER
- Carrier: We proudly ship all orders through Australia Post's carbon-neutral delivery service, aligning with our commitment to eco-friendliness.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Areas Served: We ship to any address within Australia.
- Shipping Costs: Standard shipping costs $12.95 for all orders under $100, and express shipping costs $19.95.
- Free Shipping for orders over $100, or an extra $9.95 for express shipping.
- Processing Times: We strive to dispatch your order as swiftly as possible, typically within 24-48 hours of your purchase.
- Delivery Times: Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery after your order leaves our hands.
INTERNATION SHIPPING
NEW ZEALAND
- Shipping Costs: Standard shipping costs $20.
- Processing Times: We strive to dispatch your order as swiftly as possible, typically within 24-48 hours of your purchase.
- Delivery Times: Please allow 10+ business days for delivery after your order leaves our hands.
EUROPE
- Shipping Costs: Standard shipping costs $30.
- Processing Times: We strive to dispatch your order as swiftly as possible, typically within 24-48 hours of your purchase.
- Delivery Times: Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery after your order leaves our hands.
UNITED STATES
All US orders are currently paused and will return on October 1st, 2025.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- Stay Informed: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Can’t find it? We suggest a quick check in your spam folder.
PACKAGING
- Eco-Friendly: We use all eco-friendly materials for packaging. Your jewellery will arrive in a mailer box, nestled within shredded paper and hex wrap for ultimate protection, and presented in a microfiber bag to store your jewellery in when you're not wearing it.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Responsibility: Once your package is dispatched, it embarks on a journey beyond our control. Should there be any shipping delays, we kindly ask you to reach out to the carrier directly before contacting us.
- Lost or Damaged Items: We entrust the carrier with the safe delivery of your order. Please note, Goldieboxx Jewellery cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, damaged in transit, or delivery delays. We are unable to replace lost or damaged packages.
- No signature required: Australia Post is a no signature required service. This means the courier will leave your order at the front door or letterbox. Once your parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, Goldieboxx Jewellery takes no responsibility for any damage of theft that may occur. If you will not be present at the shipping address to accept your delivery and you feel the the address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend choosing an address to which someone will be present.
