What materials do you use in your jewellery?

Our jewellery is crafted from premium stainless steel and coated with 18k gold via Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD), creating a bond that is virtually indestructible. 
PVD coating is far stronger than gold plating because it is a metal bonding at the molecular level.
This means you can bang it around and it doesn't chip off easily - great for people who never take their jewellery off! 

What materials do you use in your jewellery making kits?

The kits include a selection of high quality materials including stainless steel with 18k gold PVD coating, freshwater pearls, gold filled beads, natural shells and glass beads.

What makes Goldieboxx Jewellery waterproof & sweat-proof?

Our jewellery is vacuum coated at the molecular level, creating an ultra strong bond resistant to corrosion. This method is much stronger than gold plating.
Thanks to the 18k gold PVD coating, our jewellery (and the jewellery you will make with the kits) will not tarnish.
So you can wear your jewellery in the shower, at the gym, or at the beach!

Are the pearls genuine freshwater?

Absolutely!

My pearl jewellery is not identical to the photo on the website.

All pearls are unique as they are naturally formed in freshwater. This may cause slight variations in colour and characteristics compared to the website images.

Did you know... pearls get natural growth marks and scars? Real pearls have slight imperfections–organic spots, marks & lines. That's how you can tell a real pearl from a fake one. Nature is perfectly imperfect!

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?

Yes, another great benefit to stainless steel jewellery is that is does not release nickel ions on the skin, making it a smart choice for people with allergies or sensitive skin.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewellery & kits?

Yep! We offer a lifetime colour guarantee on all our gold coated pieces, meaning if your jewellery or any of the materials inside your kit lose their golden colour... you'll get a new one. For more details, visit our Lifetime Colour Guarantee page here.
We also offer a 6 months warranty on all pieces. If you wear your jewellery for under 6 months and it breaks, we will replace it.

How is the jewellery shipped?

You will unbox your jewellery from an eco-friendly box protected in a layer of shredded paper & hex wrap.
All jewellery comes inside a microfibre gift bag for travel, or to store your jewellery when you're not wearing it.  

Where do you ship to?

Australia wide.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs $10.95, or free shipping for orders over $100.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

2-7 days. 

Once I order something, what happens next?

You'll receive an order confirmation email with details about your purchase and the next steps in the shipping process.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your order's journey.

Can I change my order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Afterpay. 

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a certain number of days after receiving the return.
